All insureds are entitled to fill and equal access to covered services. Subject to the provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, no qualified individuals with disability may, by reason of such disability, be excluded from participation in or be denied the benifits of any covered services.
